Who we are

Norse Adventures team in the Icelandic Highlands

We are Icelandic. We are Vikings.

We are a local family-run company built around Icelandic guiding, master storytelling, wilderness safety, and a deep respect for the landscapes we travel through.

Our work is premium adventure travel: small groups, strong logistics, capable vehicles and gear, and journeys that go deeper than standard sightseeing without becoming extreme expedition travel.

Our guides are local, born and raised in Iceland, and descendants of the Vikings who shaped this land. They bring weather sense, route knowledge, folklore, history, and calm decision-making into every day.

We are Experts. We are Certified.

Master storytellers

Every trail carries a tale. Our guides grew up hearing them around campfires and now share them where they happened, beneath glaciers, beside lava fields, and under the northern sky.

First Responders

Every departure includes WFR-certified guides equipped with satellite communications and well-drilled contingency plans, so you can focus on the journey, not the what-ifs.

Mindful adventures

We honor the land we explore. Through strict Leave-No-Trace routines, respectful partnerships, and low-impact camps, we help keep Iceland's wild heart wild.

Superjeeps & Gear

Our custom-built Superjeeps, glacier-ready equipment, and redundant navigation systems are designed to go beyond where the map ends and bring you safely back.
