Day 1
Travel along Iceland's spectacular South Coast, visiting Skógafoss waterfall and Reynisfjara black sand beach. In the afternoon, step onto Sólheimajökull Glacier for a guided glacier hike among ice formations, crevasses, and wide glacier views.

Day 2
Venture into Þórsmörk, a spectacular mountain valley nestled between glaciers. From Básar, hike sections of Fimmvörðuháls toward Magni and Móði, then continue across Útigönguhöfði before descending back into the valley.

Day 3
Journey deep into Iceland's Highlands to hike the classic Bláhnúkur and Brennisteinsalda loop, with colorful rhyolite mountains, geothermal landscapes, and sweeping views across the Highlands.

Day 4
After visiting Gullfoss waterfall, continue deep into Iceland's remote Highlands toward Kerlingarfjöll. This is a more relaxed transition day, with time for a scenic afternoon hike before unwinding in the Highland Baths.

Day 5
Leave Highland Base Hotel on foot, hike toward Hveradalahnúkur, and descend into Hveradalir. Steam vents, bubbling hot springs, mineral colors, geothermal rivers, and mountain scenery create one of Iceland's most extraordinary landscapes.

Day 6
Visit the Geysir geothermal area and Þingvellir National Park before returning to Reykjavík. Walk through the rift valley where the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates drift apart and learn about Iceland's geology and Viking history.
5-star 57hours review
In one word: Awesome!! Magnus prepared an amazing tour which just had the right mix of adventure, sightseeing and fantastic accommodation.
A wide variety of activities, including spectacular hikes, crampons on a glacier, waterfalls galore, hot springs, and the most gorgeous scenery.
The sites was saw were beautiful and the hiking just challenging enough to be effortful but enjoyable,
Fire & Ice is a scheduled hotel-based Iceland adventure built around glacier scenery, volcanic landscapes, waterfalls, geothermal recovery, active days outside, and story-rich guiding.
Fire & Ice is hotel-based, pairing guided adventure days with comfortable nights indoors rather than mountain huts.
Expect real days outside with scenic walks, optional glacier experiences, hot pools, photography stops, and changing terrain. It is active, but it is not designed as a hut trek.
Hotel inclusion depends on the confirmed departure package. The final trip notes will clearly state which hotels, meals, activities, and transfers are included before you book.
Yes. The guide may adjust the route for road conditions, weather, daylight, or local opportunities while preserving the core Fire & Ice experience.
