Cancellation & Refund Policy
These are the cancellation and refund rules for single-day adventures, multi-day adventures, and trips cancelled by Norse Adventures.
For all bookings
- If we cancel for any reason you will receive a full refund.
- Approved refunds are returned to the same payment card or original payment method used for the booking.
- We submit approved refunds within 5 business days after refund approval or after Norse Adventures cancels a trip. Your card issuer or bank may take an additional 5-10 business days to show the refund on the cardholder statement.
- No refund for any other cancellations than the ones listed here.
For single-day adventures
- Cancel at least 2 days before the trip for a full refund.
For multi-day adventures
- Cancel up to 48 hours after booking for a full refund.
- Cancel 60 days or more before the trip for a 70% refund.
- Cancel 30 - 59 days before the trip for a 50% refund.
